Addom Pharmaceuticals Private Limited is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives
Set sales targets and monitor team performance
Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the assigned region
Build solid relationships with key clients, distributors, and stakeholders
Analyze market trends and competitor activity
Report sales performance and forecasts to senior management
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate (Pharmacy, Science, or Business background preferred)
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pharma sales, with prior team-handling experience
Strong leadership and negotiation skills
Excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel as required
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience) + incentives
