We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and Indian labour laws, and be capable of building a qualified and compliant HR environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit qualified candidates from across India.
Understand current salary market trends and recommend market-market-competitive salary offers.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and documentation in compliance with Indian labour laws and HR best practices.
Ensure compliance with State and Central Labour Laws and statutory requirements.
Build and maintain a positive corporate culture and professional work environment.
Manage employee attendance, leave administration, discipline, onboarding,
and HR documentation.
Handle employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR operations.
Solid knowledge of State and Central Labour Laws and statutory compliance.
Proven experience in recruitment and salary benchmarking.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
