Cut Panel Lot Section Incharge

Role Purpose:
To manage the complete cut panel lot process from receiving cut components to bundling, identification, processing, and timely handover to internal or external units, ensuring accuracy and production continuity.

Key Responsibilities
Receive and verify cut panels according to the cutting plan, style, colour, size, lot, and quantity.
Supervise cut panel segregation, counting, reconciliation, and bundle preparation.
Ensure all garment components are properly matched and bundled.
Verify bundle tickets and maintain proper style, size, colour, lot, and quantity identification.
Inspect cut panels for quantity shortages, defects, shading, and missing components.
Route required panels to printing, embroidery, washing, or other internal/external processing units.
Ensure panels are handed over with proper work orders, artwork/placement details, and required documents.
Track panels sent to internal and external units and follow up on pending/overdue lots.




Receive processed panels and verify quantity, design/placement, colour, workmanship, and panel condition.
Reconcile received quantities and immediately report shortages, damages, or quality issues.
Ensure correct and timely handover of completed lots to the sewing/next process.
Maintain daily records of lot movement, handover, receipt, pending quantity, and process status.
Coordinate with Cutting, Production, Quality, Printing, Embroidery, Planning, and external units.
Manage manpower, work allocation, discipline, 5S, and housekeeping within the section.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
