GNM (General Nursing & Midwifery)
Relevant nursing qualification from a recognized institution
Valid nursing registration preferred

Experience
Experienced candidates preferred
Candidates with relevant hospital / ward / ICU nursing experience will be given preference
Experience in Nurse In-Charge / Team Leader role will be an added advantage
Suitable candidates with strong clinical and leadership skills may also apply

Job Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate the nursing team during assigned shifts
Allocate duties and manage daily nursing activities
Ensure proper patient care and nursing standards
Monitor patient condition and ensure timely escalation of critical cases
Coordinate with doctors and other healthcare professionals




Ensure medications and treatments are administered as prescribed
Monitor nursing documentation, patient records and reports
Ensure proper handover between shifts
Supervise infection-control and patient-safety practices
Monitor availability of medicines, equipment and nursing supplies
Handle emergency situations and coordinate immediate nursing support
Guide and support junior nurses and nursing staff
Address patient and attendant concerns professionally
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures
Maintain discipline and teamwork within the nursing department
