Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to supervise daily restaurant operations, coordinate service staff, maintain service standards, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily restaurant operations.
Allocate duties to service staff.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
Ensure proper table setup and service.
Handle customer queries and complaints.
Coordinate between kitchen and service teams.
Monitor food and service quality.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Support billing and cash-handling procedures.




Monitor inventory and communicate stock requirements.
Train current staff on service standards.
Prepare operational reports as required.
