Job Responsibilities

As a Production Assistant, your primary duties and responsibilities will include:
Assist the Production Head in coordinating and monitoring day-to-day production activities at the factory.
Support the Production Head in planning, scheduling, and tracking production activities to ensure timely completion of projects.
Assist in preparing and maintaining production schedules, work orders, and related documentation under the guidance of the Production Head.
Coordinate with the factory, design, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth execution of production activities.
Assist in monitoring production progress, workmanship, and adherence to approved quality and finishing standards.
Support material planning activities by following up on material availability and updating stock and consumption records.
Maintain and organize production-related documents, reports, checklists,



and records to establish and improve documentation systems within the production department.
Prepare daily production reports, activity updates, and other documentation as required.
Accompany the Production Head for project site visits, when required, to assist in coordination, inspections, and execution-related activities.
Assist in conducting periodic inspections of ongoing production and site activities to ensure compliance with approved specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate multiple assigned tasks simultaneously while ensuring adherence to Space One Artisan Studio's quality standards and project timelines.
Perform any other duties related to production coordination and administration as assigned by the Management or Production Head from time to time.

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
