We are seeking a energetic and experienced Aptitude Trainer to prepare college students for campus placements, competitive exams, and aptitude-based assessments. The ideal candidate will have a robust grasp of quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability, along with effective communication and teaching skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver engaging training sessions in Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, Verbal Ability, and Data Interpretation.
Conduct mock tests, practice sessions, and personalized coaching for students preparing for campus recruitment or competitive exams.
Develop relevant study materials, question banks, and assessments.
Monitor students’ progress and provide individual feedback to enhance performance.
Coordinate with the Placement Cell to align training with industry requirements and company-specific test patterns.
Stay updated with trends in campus recruitment processes and aptitude testing standards.
Encourage students through mentoring and motivational sessions.





Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, English, Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience as an Aptitude Trainer or similar role (Freshers with strong aptitude skills may also be considered).
Proficient in problem-solving techniques and shortcut methods.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with online tools, digital learning platforms, and MS Office.

Desirable Skills:
Exposure to training for exams like CAT, GRE, GMAT, GATE, or campus placement tests (TCS, Infosys, Wipro, etc.).
Ability to motivate and engage large groups of students.
Solid organizational and time-management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
