We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead our India marketing team, ensure high-quality creative and digital outputs, and align marketing execution with our Australian brand and audience.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team.
Review and ensure quality of marketing content, campaigns, designs, and creatives.
Align marketing strategies with Australian market requirements.
Drive AI-powered marketing workflows and productivity.
Manage projects, deadlines, and team performance.
Collaborate with the Australian marketing team.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
5+ years of marketing experience with 2+ years in management or QA.
Experience working with international brands, preferably Australian or Western markets.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing, creative review, and campaign execution.
Proficiency in AI marketing tools such as ChatGPT and other generative AI platforms.
Excellent communication, leadership, and quality-assurance skills.
Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
