JOB DESCRIPTION – PPC & PROJECT ENGINEER

Job Summary:
Responsible for production planning, project coordination and timely execution of manufacturing projects while ensuring optimum utilization of manpower, materials and resources.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare production plans and schedules as per project requirements.
Monitor production progress against planned targets and timelines.
Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Stores, Quality and Design teams.
Track material availability and ensure timely material planning.
Monitor project milestones, deliverables and overall execution.
Prepare daily/weekly project and production MIS reports.
Identify delays,



bottlenecks and production constraints and coordinate corrective actions.
Support project documentation, customer requirements and change management.
Ensure projects are completed within defined timelines and quality requirements.

Required Skills:
Knowledge of PPC, production planning and project management.
Valuable understanding of manufacturing processes and engineering drawings.
Strong Excel/MIS and reporting skills.
Positive coordination and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in composite, automobile, railway or heavy manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
