We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with solid knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and Tax Compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring statutory compliance, handling plant manufacturing journals, and managing stock accounting to support day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally

Record and reconcile purchase, sales, expenses, and bank entries

Prepare and maintain Plant Manufacturing Journal entries

Manage inventory and stock accounting, including stock reconciliation

Handle statutory compliance including GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes

Prepare monthly financial reports and MIS





Perform bank reconciliations and ledger scrutiny

Coordinate with auditors and support during audits

Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance documentation

Assist in accounts payable and receivable management

Solid working knowledge of Tally ERP

Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance

Knowledge of manufacturing accounting and stock management

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
