Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database or leads.

● Explain company offerings, services, and basic technical details of CNC machinery (training will be provided).

● Follow up on customer inquiries and leads via phone, WhatsApp, or email.

● Maintain daily call logs, inquiry status, and feedback in CRM or Excel.

● Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups, demos, or meetings.

● Understand customer requirements and pass quality leads to the sales team.

● Maintain a qualified tone and customer-friendly attitude during calls.

Requirements:

● 6 months to 2 years of experience in telecalling or customer handling preferred.

● Valuable communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages.

● Basic knowledge of MS Excel and WhatsApp business communication.

● Prior experience in industrial products/manufacturing sector is a plus.

● Ability to work independently and handle targets.

Qualification:

● Minimum HSC (12th Pass), Graduate preferred.
