Outbound Calling: Contact potential or existing customers using generated lead lists to introduce products/services and pitch sales.
Lead Qualification: Understand customer needs, answer questions, handle objections, and qualify prospects to build a solid sales pipeline.
Closing Sales: Drive the sales process from initial contact to closure, meeting or exceeding individual monthly and quarterly targets.
CRM Management: Accurately record customer interactions, call outcomes, and follow-up schedules in the CRM software.
Customer Support: Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
