About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Relationship Manager – Loan Sales to drive loan business through customer acquisition, direct sourcing, DSA networks, and channel partnerships. The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, building strong business relationships, and achieving assigned sourcing and disbursement targets.

Key Responsibilities
Generate recent business through DSAs, channel partners, references, and direct sourcing.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to loan disbursement.
Acquire and onboard new DSA/channel partners and activate existing networks.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners.
Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion and disbursement.
Coordinate with Credit, Operations, and internal teams for smooth loan processing.
Ensure proper collection and verification of customer documentation.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular business updates.
Ensure compliance with KYC, lending processes, and company policies.
Identify new market opportunities to expand customer and business acquisition.





Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline; Sales, Marketing, or Finance background preferred.
2–5 years of relevant experience in Loan Sales.
Robust experience in customer acquisition and business development.
Prior DSA/channel sales experience is preferred.
Valuable understanding of loan products and the lending process.
Existing DSA/channel partner network will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Target-oriented with a strong focus on business achievement.
Good understanding of the local market.
