Verify customer and employee information through documents, calls, and available records. Conduct KYC and document verification as per company guidelines. Make verification calls to customers, references, or other relevant parties. Check the authenticity and completeness of submitted documents. Identify discrepancies, incorrect information, or suspicious details and report them. Maintain accurate verification records and update databases. Coordinate with internal teams to resolve verification-related issues. Follow company policies, SOPs, and data privacy procedures.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
