We are looking for a customer-focused Bodyshop Advisor to handle customer vehicle damage/repair requirements and coordinate with the bodyshop team to ensure timely and quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive customers and understand vehicle damage and repair requirements.
Inspect vehicles and prepare repair estimates and job cards.
Coordinate with technicians, insurance teams, and other departments.
Explain repair procedures, costs, and timelines to customers.
Follow up on repair progress and keep customers updated.
Coordinate insurance claims and related documentation.
Conduct vehicle inspections before delivery and ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records and ensure proper documentation.
Follow company and manufacturer standards for bodyshop operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma or B.Tech in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering.
1–3 years of experience in an automobile bodyshop or service department preferred.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of vehicle body repair and insurance procedures will be an advantage.
