Position: Waiter / Service Associate
Department: Food & Beverage

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally.
Explain menu items, specials, and promotions to customers.
Ensure tables are clean, organized, and properly set.
Coordinate with the kitchen and bar for timely order service.
Handle customer requests and resolve basic service issues politely.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and grooming.
Prepare and transparent tables before and after service.
Process bills and payments accurately when required.
Follow restaurant service standards and safety procedures.




Work effectively with the team during busy service hours.

Requirements:
Good communication and customer-service skills.
Positive attitude and professional appearance.
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Previous restaurant/café experience is preferred.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays.
