About King’s View Chess Academy
King’s View Chess Academy is a growing chess training academy working with schools, preschools, residential societies, clubs, and private students. We are looking for passionate and dedicated Chess Coaches/Teachers to join our team.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct engaging chess classes for children and students.
Teach chess fundamentals, tactics, strategies, openings, middlegame and endgame concepts.
Prepare students for chess tournaments and competitions.
Conduct practice games, puzzles, assessments and tournament preparation.
Monitor students’ progress and provide regular feedback.
Maintain professional communication with parents and academy management.
Represent the academy professionally at schools, societies, clubs and tournaments.
Candidate Requirements
Good knowledge and understanding of chess.
Previous coaching/teaching experience will be an advantage.
Candidates with chess tournament experience or recognized chess ratings are preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Passion for teaching children and developing young chess players.
Punctual, responsible and professional attitude.
Freshers with strong chess knowledge may also apply.
Job Timings
Part time: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM
Full-Time – Shift Options:
Morning: 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Afternoon: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Salary
Salary will be discussed based on the candidate’s experience, chess playing/coaching level, qualifications and availability.
