Roles & Responsibilities:
Proven experience in converting leads generated through Email Marketing, Upwork, and other lead generation channels into successful business opportunities.
Experience in converting leads of Digital Marketing and Website
Ability to prepare and send proposals within the defined TAT.
Comfortable handling client calls and managing end-to-end client communication.
Experience in performing cold calls and business development outreach when required.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable working in night shifts (7:00 pm- 4:00 am)
Responsible for independently guiding, managing, and supporting team members, ensuring smooth coordination, productivity, and overall team performance.
