Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Site HR Executive (SITR HR) to handle day-to-day HR operations at the site. The role involves managing manpower, HR compliance, employee engagement, and coordination between site and corporate HR.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end HR operations at site
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave management
Manage onboarding, documentation
Support payroll inputs and coordination with HO HR
Assist in performance management and employee engagement activities
Liaise with contractors and vendors for manpower issues
Ensure HR policies and processes are followed at site

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate / MBA / MSW in HR or relevant field
Minimum 1 - 2 year of experience in Site HR / Industrial HR
Valuable communication skills (Hindi)
Proficient in MS Excel & HR documentation
Willingness to work in site/location-based setting

Preferred Candidate:
Experience in manufacturing / construction / project site.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
