AlphaKids Pre-School – Ratri Bazaar Branch is looking for a energetic and experienced Center Head to lead our team!

Position: Center Head – Pre-School

Qualification: B.Ed & ECCED required

Experience: Minimum 3 years in the early childhood / pre-school industry

Salary: Up to ₹25,000 / month (Based on experience)

Location: AlphaKids Pre-School, Ratri Bazaar

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day functioning of the preschool centre.
Oversee and implement the Early Childhood Education/Program effectively.
Supervise teachers and support staff.
Ensure age-appropriate learning and development activities for children.
Monitor classroom quality and academic implementation.
Handle parent communication, queries, and concerns professionally.
Support admissions and maintain student records.
Coordinate PTMs, events, celebrations, and other school activities.




Conduct staff meetings and support teacher development.
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and positive workplace for children.
Maintain discipline and ensure adherence to school policies.
Take overall responsibility for the centre’s smooth functioning.

Eligibility & Requirements
B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
Minimum 3 years of experience in preschool/early childhood centre handling.
Experience/knowledge of Early Childhood Programs is required.
Strong understanding of early childhood learning and development.
Excellent communication and parent-handling skills.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Valuable organisational and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
