Role & Responsibilities
Manage overall branch operations and daily activities.
Achieve branch business and loan and sales targets.
Lead, guide and monitor branch staff.
Handle customer relationships and resolve complaints.
Monitor loan sourcing, documentation, disbursement and collections.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Track branch performance and prepare regular reports.
Support business development and customer acquisition.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience required.
Any Graduate preferred.
Experience in banking, NBFC preferred.
Valuable leadership and team management skills.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of loans, sales and branch operations.
Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
Target-oriented with good decision-making skills.
Willingness to handle field and branch-level activities.
