About the Role-

We are looking for energetic and passionate Sales Counsellors who can connect with learners, understand

their aspirations, and guide them toward the right courses. If you thrive in a performance-driven

setting, enjoy impactful conversations, and have a flair for sales, this is the role for you.

Key Responsibilities
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through calls and follow-ups
⁠Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable courses
⁠Conduct meaningful conversations to showcase the value of our programs
⁠Address queries, handle objections, and successfully close enrollments
⁠Build and maintain long-term learner relationships
⁠Maintain accurate sales records and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
Minimum 6 months to 1 year in EdTech sales experience
Graduate degree mandatory
⁠Willingness to work 6 days a week
⁠Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
⁠ Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
⁠Target-driven, self-motivated, and a solid team player
⁠Fluent English communication skills are mandatory

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
