Abe Educational Services is looking for a Telecaller to handle student inquiries and support course admissions. The role involves calling prospective students, explaining course details, and scheduling counselling appointments.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students from provided leads
Respond to inbound inquiries regarding courses and programs
Explain course details, duration, and career opportunities
Schedule appointments for counselling sessions
Maintain lead records and follow-up with potential students
Assist the admissions team in converting inquiries into enrollments
Achieve daily and monthly calling targets

Required Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Any Degree

Required Skills
Positive communication skills in English and Malayalam
Confidence in speaking with students over phone
Basic computer knowledge
Robust persuasion and interpersonal skills




Ability to handle multiple calls and follow-ups

Preferred Experience
0–2 years of experience in:
Telecalling
Customer support
Sales or admissions
