Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide valuable customer service.
Manage the front counter and day-to-day café operations.
Handle billing, cash, UPI, and POS.
Take orders and coordinate with the kitchen team.
Maintain cleanliness of the café, tables, and customer areas.
Assist with serving food and beverages and clearing tables.
Manage basic stock and inform the manager about requirements.
Explain the café menu, offers, and activities to customers.
Guide customers with board game selection and explain game rules.
Help customers set up and play board games.
Keep all board games, cards, and game components organized and protected.
Assist with opening and closing the café.
Support the team during busy hours, weekends,



events, and birthdays.
Handle customer queries politely and escalate issues when required.

Requirements
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Friendly, energetic, and responsible.
Basic computer/POS knowledge.
Willingness to learn and explain board games.
Café, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage.
Flexible week holidays.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
