Structural Design Engineer Hotel Projects

Location: Yashwanthpur, Bangalore – Corporate Office
Projects: Premium / Luxury Hotel Projects

Key Responsibilities
Review and coordinate structural designs, drawings and calculations for hotel projects.
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams and project/site teams.
Review structural drawings for design adequacy, constructability and coordination with architectural and MEP requirements.
Review RCC/steel structural designs, specifications and consultant submissions.
Resolve design-related issues during project execution and provide technical inputs to site teams.




Ensure structural designs comply with relevant Indian codes, standards and project specifications.
Support value engineering and design optimization.

Candidate Profile
Qualification: BE/B.Tech – Civil Engineering; M.Tech/ME in Structural Engineering preferred.
Experience: 5–10 years in structural design/design coordination.
Experience in hotels, high-rise buildings, large commercial or premium real estate projects preferred.
Positive understanding of RCC and structural steel design.
Working knowledge of structural design software such as ETABS, STAAD.Pro, PROTECTED and AutoCAD.
