Policy & Compliance
Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems aligned with ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and statutory requirements.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and national safety and environmental regulations.
Risk Management
Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments, and recommend preventive measures.
Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses; prepare reports and corrective action plans.
Training & Awareness
Design and deliver HSE training programs for employees, contractors, and visitors.
Promote safety culture through awareness campaigns and toolbox talks.
Monitoring & Reporting
Perform regular site inspections, audits, and safety drills.
Maintain HSE records, prepare monthly/quarterly reports, and present findings to management.
Emergency Preparedness
Develop and implement emergency response plans.
Coordinate fire safety, evacuation drills, and first-aid readiness.
Stakeholder Engagement
Liaise with regulatory authorities, external auditors, and certification bodies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate HSE practices into operations.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
