Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager & Digital Marketing Expert to take ownership of the company's online presence, brand storytelling, social media activities, and digital growth.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Creative: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit product videos, testimonial reels, and engaging festival creatives.
Social Media Management: Plan and execute daily posting schedules and manage active communities across social media platforms.
Paid Advertising: Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns on Instagram and other Meta platforms.
Website Management: Oversee website development, maintenance, and user-experience updates.
SEO: Implement and monitor SEO strategies to improve organic website traffic.




Manage the content calendar and ensure consistent brand communication.
Track campaign performance and prepare basic performance reports.

Requirements
Hands-on experience in video editing, graphic design tools, and mobile-first content creation.
Proven experience in managing paid advertising campaigns and improving campaign performance.
Working knowledge of website builders/CMS and basic SEO practices.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and Meta.
Ability to work independently and manage a rapid-paced content calendar.
Creative mindset with the ability to adapt content according to current digital trends.

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
