HR Business Partner (HRBP) – EdTech Industry

Experience: 3–6 Years
Qualification: MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR or equivalent

Job Description
Manage end-to-end HR operations and recruitment for the EdTech/Sales team.
Drive hiring for Education Counsellors, Admission Counsellors, Sales Executives and Team Leaders.
Work with business heads to understand manpower requirements and hiring targets.
Source, screen, interview and coordinate the complete selection and joining process.
Maintain a robust candidate pipeline and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Handle onboarding, documentation, employee engagement and employee lifecycle management.
Manage attendance, performance, employee concerns, attrition and retention.
Ensure compliance with HR policies,



processes and SOPs.
Maintain recruitment MIS, employee records and hiring reports.
Handle Full & Final settlement and exit formalities.
Act as the key HR point of contact between HR and business/Sales teams.

Preferred: Candidates with hands-on experience in EdTech/education hiring, Sales recruitment and high-volume Education Counsellor hiring will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
