Job Title:Customer Relation Executive (CRE) – Post-Paid SIM Sales

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Sales & Service:Welcome store visitors, analyze customer needs, and pitch post-paid SIM card solutions.

Lead Conversion & Outreach:Perform tele-calling during shift downtime and follow up on prospective leads.

Daily Operations: Maintain company dress code standards and assist with daily customer inquiries.

Schedule & Shift Details

Working Hours:9:30 AM – 7:00 PM





Days:Full-time; includes 1 Sunday shift per month (Compensatory Off provided)

Eligibility Criteria

Education: Any Graduate / Bachelor's Degree

Age:Up to 28 years

Skills:Robust verbal communication, confident interpersonal skills, and a strong sales mindset
