Job Description – Dispatch Executive

Position: Dispatch Executive
Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Experience: 2–4 Years
Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Dispatch Executive to manage day-to-day dispatch operations, ensure timely delivery of materials, maintain accurate documentation, and coordinate effectively with the warehouse, sales, accounts, transporters, and customers.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily dispatch of materials as per approved orders.
Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and related records.
Coordinate with the warehouse/godown team for material availability and loading.
Coordinate with transporters and drivers for timely delivery.
Ensure correct quantity, product, and destination before dispatch.
Track dispatched materials and maintain delivery status records.
Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, and other departments regarding dispatch requirements.
Handle delivery-related issues, shortages, damages,



or delays and report them to management.
Maintain proper dispatch registers, records, and documentation.
Ensure smooth and timely dispatch operations on a daily basis.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of dispatch, logistics, and warehouse operations.
Solid coordination and communication skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer operations.
Ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Valuable follow-up and problem-solving skills.
Responsible, disciplined, and detail-oriented approach.

Qualification

Graduate / Diploma preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in dispatch, logistics, warehouse, or material handling will be preferred.

Candidate Profile
2–4 years of relevant experience.
Solid coordination and follow-up ability.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
