Handle incoming sales inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and understand their requirements.
Generate leads and convert them into sales prospects.
Explain products/services, pricing, features, and perks to customers.
Follow up regularly with leads and existing customers.
Maintain customer and lead information in CRM/Excel.
Prepare quotations and coordinate with the sales team.
Track sales activities and prepare daily/weekly sales reports.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
