Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and target-oriented Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of the academy, manage the branch team, drive student admissions, and ensure the achievement of business targets.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch.
Lead and motivate the team to achieve admission and revenue targets.
Handle student enquiries, counselling, follow-ups, and admission activities.
Develop strategies to increase student admissions and branch performance.
Build and maintain good relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders.
Monitor staff performance and conduct regular team reviews.
Prepare and maintain branch reports, records, and performance updates.
Coordinate with the management and other departments for smooth operations.
Identify local marketing and business development opportunities.
Address student and operational concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Qualifications




Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
4–5 years of experience in branch management, sales, education, or a related field.
Solid leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of sales, admissions, and customer relationship management.
Ability to manage targets, reports, and daily branch operations.
