Job Summary

We are looking for a Front Desk & Sales Executive responsible for managing front desk operations, handling customer enquiries, coordinating appointments, and driving sales and centre revenue through effective customer engagement and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day front desk and centre operations.
Welcome and assist customers visiting the centre.
Handle enquiries, calls, walk-ins, and appointment bookings.
Explain services, packages, and offerings to customers.
Generate leads through enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Convert leads into appointments and sales.
Follow up with prospective and existing customers to achieve sales targets.
Maintain customer records, lead details, and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and centre staff for smooth customer service.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic concerns professionally.
Support billing, collections,



and documentation as required.
Monitor daily sales, targets, and centre performance.
Support customer retention and encourage repeat visits.
Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and skilled standards at the front desk.
Achieve monthly centre-wise sales and performance targets.
Prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, sales, and collections.

Prior experience in front desk, sales, healthcare, wellness, clinic, or service industry will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
