The Trainer will be responsible for delivering industry-oriented training to first-year B.Tech students, helping them build solid foundations in:
Python Programming Basics
Python Data Structures & Problem Solving
ReactJS Development
Frontend Development Fundamentals
Real-Time Project Development Practices
Industry Best Practices and Career Readiness

The ideal candidate should have hands-on development experience and a passion for mentoring and inspiring students.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging classroom and online training sessions on Python and ReactJS.
Design and execute structured learning plans aligned with university curriculum and industry standards.
Teach Python fundamentals, data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.
Train students in ReactJS, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend development concepts.
Conduct coding labs, hands-on exercises, assignments, and mini-projects.
Mentor students on coding standards, debugging techniques, and software development practices.
Evaluate student performance through assessments,



quizzes, and project reviews.
Guide students in developing portfolio projects and preparing for internships and placements.
Collaborate with university faculty and academic coordinators for smooth program delivery.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and continuously improve training content.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

Technical Skills
Strong proficiency in Python programming.
Positive understanding of Python Data Structures and Algorithms.
Robust knowledge of ReactJS.
Experience with JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and Responsive Design.
Knowledge of REST APIs and frontend-backend integration.
Familiarity with Git/GitHub and software development lifecycle.
Exposure to Full Stack Development is highly preferred.
