Job Summary

Designation: Deputy Manager - Production. This position will be based at Ahmednagar Factory for Lauritz Knudsen Electrical Automation (A unit of Schneider Electric India Pvt. Ltd.). Qualification: Degree (Production). Experience: 2 years to 5 years.

Responsibilities

- Achieve Annual/Monthly/Daily Production targets as per schedules.
- Improve quality level for production lines with root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Cost Saving through digitalization, automation, value engg, material productivity, labour productivity
- Complete customer orders within 7 days. Continuous improvement through Lean/VSM/Pokayoke/PFMEA projects
- TPM Initiatives on shop floor. Safety Improvements. 5S Sustenance on shop.
- Improve labour productivity in shop.
