Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage a team of electrical engineers responsible for designing and developing power transformers, distribution transformers, and other related products.

- Oversee the entire product development cycle from concept to production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.

- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs.

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12-20 years of experience in Electrical Design Engineering or related field.

- Diploma/B.Tech / B.E. degree in Electrical.

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Solid Works, 3D Modeling, Transformer Design (IDT), Electrical Design (DES), Design Calculations (DC), BOM Preparation (BOM).

- Robust understanding of IDT Transformer , Oil & Dry type Power Transformers , Control & Distribution Transformers.
