SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Consultant

Experience: 6 to 8 Years

Location: Gurgaon

Job Description:
Lead and manage full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central implementation and support projects. Configure EC modules, manage integrations with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems, and provide client-facing functional support.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end EC implementations.
- Configure Employee Central.
- Support organizational management and time-off processes.
- Configure integrations with Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Performance & Goals.
- Integrate SAP CPI, payroll, and third-party HR systems.
- Conduct workshops, training, and UAT.
- Troubleshoot complex EC issues.
- Support data privacy and security requirements.
