Key Responsibilities

- Lead QA Activities : Oversee testing across multiple software development projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality releases.
- Test Strategy & Planning : Define test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria based on business and technical requirements.
- Automation Ownership : Design and maintain automation frameworks using tools like Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
- Defect Management : Track bugs, prioritize fixes, and coordinate with development teams.
- Quality Metrics : Establish KPIs for test coverage, defect density, and test cycle efficiency.
- Documentation : Maintain clear documentation for test cases, test results, and QA processes.

Required Skills

- Robust understanding of Sdlc/stlc and Agile methodologies




- Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing
- Proficiency in test management tools (e.g., TestRail, Zephyr)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Experience in API testing using Postman or REST-assured
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
