problem detection & RCA using PurePath / Smartscapen
Synthetic Monitoring & RUM implementationn
Dashboarding, DQL / metrics / custom configurationn
ITSM integration (ServiceNow / Jira)n

nMandatory Experience:

End-to-end Dynatrace implementation / migration / upgraden
At least one PoC or solution design ownershipn
Exposure to cloud monitoring (AWS / Azure / GCP / Kubernetes)n
Application performance monitoring across Java / .NET / PHPn
Handling critical incidents, SLA-driven environments & stakeholder interactionn
Experience in team handling / shift planning / governancen
