About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced BSP Architect / Platform Lead with 8 to 14 years of
experience to lead development and integration of automotive platform BSP and
system software.

What You Will Do
Define BSP architecture and boot flow
Drive board bring-up and silicon validation
Lead virtualization & multi-OS integration
Oversee subsystem bring-up (camera, display, etc.)
Ensure system performance and KPIs
Lead safety compliance activities
Drive debugging and issue resolution
Mentor teams and collaborate with stakeholders

What You Need to Be Successful
Strong BSP, bootloader, kernel expertise
Deep knowledge of memory, SMMU, DMA
