About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and cutting-edge Senior AI Engineer to lead the design and development of advanced AI solutions. This role involves driving complex projects, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring best practices in AI engineering. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Generative AI, RAG-based solutions, and cloud-native AI development, with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building scalable, secure, and intelligent systems.

Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in a technical or quantitative field from an accredited institution.
Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Bioinformatics, Physics, Operations Research, or related fields is preferred.

Must-Have Skills and Experience
Generative AI & Advanced AI Engineering
Mandatory: Expertise in Prompt Engineering and Retriever-Augmented Generation (RAG)




Hands-on experience with LLM-based solutions and Generative AI frameworks
Cloud AI Development
Proven experience developing & deploying AI/ML solutions on Azure
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and MLOps pipelines
Core AI & Data Science
Solid mathematical and algorithmic foundation
Proficiency in Python, SQL, and enterprise-grade AI tools
Advanced ML techniques: regression, classification, clustering, ensemble models, time-series analysis
Familiarity with NLP, transformer architectures, and model optimization
