We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Software Engineer to lead
the development of full-stack solutions. This role involves guiding a team,
architecting robust systems,



and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software
in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Get to Do:

As a Senior Developer, you’ll play a key role in contributing to delivery within
a cooperative scrum team, providing technical guidance while supporting
high-quality outcomes.
Contribute to the design and delivery of features, including coding,
optimisation, automation, and ensuring alignment with architectural and
performance standards
Collaborate with the team to plan, estimate, and deliver work through backlog
grooming, sprint execution, and releases to production
Support uplift in development practices, CI/CD automation, and AI
capabilities across the team
Foster a positive, team-oriented environment to deliver robust, scalable, and
pragmatic solutions
Champion robust engineering practices, contribute to managing technical debt,
