Job Description:

Job Title: Inventory Executive
Industry: Jewellery
Location: C.G. Road, Ahmedabad
Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Job Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain daily inventory records of jewellery items.
Handle stock inward and outward entries.
Verify jewellery quantity, item details, and stock records.
Maintain proper documentation and inventory reports.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
Coordinate with purchase, sales, and accounts teams for stock-related activities.
Update inventory data in Excel/software and maintain accurate records.
Identify stock discrepancies and report them to seniors.
Ensure proper tagging, storage, and movement of jewellery stock.

Required Skills:
Good knowledge of Inventory Management & Stock Handling
Alpha Software knowledge preferred
Basic to positive MS Excel knowledge
Valuable attention to detail and accuracy
Positive communication and coordination skills
Experience in Jewellery/Retail/Inventory will be preferred.

Education: Graduate / Any relevant qualification
