Job Description:

Position: EHS Executive

Location: Jhagadia - Ankleshwar

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with EHS policies, statutory requirements, and applicable environmental regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections, risk assessments, and workplace audits.
Implement and monitor HIRA, JSA, PTW, LOTO, and other safety procedures.
Handle chemical safety, hazardous material storage, handling, and transportation practices.
Monitor PPE compliance and conduct safety training, toolbox talks, and awareness programs.
Investigate accidents, incidents, near misses, and prepare corrective/preventive action reports.
Monitor fire & safety systems, emergency preparedness, mock drills, and emergency response procedures.
Coordinate with production, maintenance, utility, and other departments for EHS compliance.
Maintain EHS records, permits, registers, reports, and documentation for statutory inspections.
Support environmental activities related to ETP, hazardous waste, air emissions, water pollution,



and waste management.
Coordinate with external agencies and government authorities for EHS-related requirements and inspections.

Required Skills:
Valuable knowledge of chemical handling and process safety.
Knowledge of HIRA, JSA, PTW, LOTO, Fire & Safety and Emergency Response.
Understanding of environmental compliance and hazardous waste management.
Positive communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of applicable Gujarat Pollution Control Board (GPCB) and Factory Act requirements will be preferred.
NEBOSH/IOSH/ADIS or equivalent safety qualification will be an advantage.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech - Chemical/ADIS+PDIS

Salary: - Upto 5.00 LPA
