You will contribute to the design, development, and operation of highly available, scalable, and reliable microservices on Google Cloud Platform. This is a hands-on engineering role requiring robust cloud expertise, software development skills, and the ability to solve complex challenges in distributed systems.

Responsibilities:
Contribute to the next generation of the client’s SaaS platform,



leveraging AI to improve customer service in the Contact Center.
Design, develop, and maintain highly available, scalable, and reliable microservices.
Apply expertise in cloud computing, software technologies, and open-source tools to solve complex platform challenges.
Gain deep knowledge of existing systems and actively contribute to their design and modernization.
Provide production support by troubleshooting and diving deep into the software stack.
Collaborate with peers in a high-performing team setting, demonstrating ownership and accountability.
