Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive GET/Purchase

Executive with 1 to 2 years of experience to manage our daily procurement

operations. In this role, your primary responsibility will be executing
regular

repeat orders, tracking delivery schedules to ensure zero downtime, and

resolving coordination issues between the stores and accounts departments.

Key Responsibilities
Order Execution & Tracking
Process
and place regular, repeat purchase orders (POs) based on inventory levels
and reorder points.
Maintain
accurate records of all purchase orders, invoices, and supplier
communications.
Delivery Schedule & Follow-up
Continuously
follow up with suppliers to ensure materials are dispatched and delivered
on time.
Track
shipments and proactively communicate any potential delay to the internal
teams.
Accounts & Store Coordination
Coordinate
with the Store Team to verify Material Receipt Notes (MRN) and
resolve any quantity or quality discrepancies.
Coordinate
with the Accounts Team to submit verified invoices, track payment
cycles,



and resolve billing alignment issues.
Vendor Management
Maintain
healthy, skilled relationships with existing vendors.
Assist
in evaluating vendor performance based on delivery timelines and product
quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Education:
Any Graduate (B.E/B Tech, B.Com, BBA, B.Sc, BA, etc.).
Experience:
1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in a purchase or supply chain role.
Software
Skills: Basic proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for
data tracking) and familiarity with any ERP/Accounting software (like Tally
,
SAP, or Zoho) is a plus.
Communication:
Solid verbal and written communication skills for effective vendor
follow-ups and internal coordination.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to cross-check numbers and resolve minor disputes between bills,
stock entries, and payments.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Order
Accuracy: Error-free creation of repeat purchase orders.
On-Time
Delivery Rate: Meeting scheduled delivery timelines to avoid
stock-outs.
Issue Resolution Time: Speed of resolving mismatch errors between

Stores (stock) and Accounts (invoices)
