Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Holiday Package Assistant to assist customers in planning and booking their travel experiences. The candidate will understand customer requirements, suggest suitable holiday packages, coordinate bookings, and provide excellent customer support throughout the travel process.
Key Responsibilities
Understand customer travel requirements, preferences, and budget.
Explain and recommend suitable holiday packages.
Assist with booking hotels, transportation, sightseeing, and other travel services.
Coordinate with travel partners and internal teams for smooth arrangements.
Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and bookings.
Maintain accurate records of customer details and bookings.
Handle customer queries and resolve travel-related issues professionally.
Support the sales team in converting travel enquiries into bookings.
Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of travel and tourism is an advantage.
Good negotiation and convincing skills.
Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
Valuable follow-up and coordination skills.
Ability to work in a target-oriented setting.
