Job Description:
Make outbound calls to customers and provide necessary information.
Handle customer queries and assist them with basic concerns.
Explain products/services clearly to customers.
Maintain proper communication and follow up with customers when required.
Record customer details and call-related information.
Achieve assigned daily/weekly calling targets.
Maintain skilled and polite communication with customers.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic smartphone/computer knowledge.
Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
