Experience: Relevant experience in Financial Due Diligence / M&A;
Key Responsibilities
Conduct Financial Due Diligence for acquisitions, investments, and strategic transactions.
Support Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A;), including financial analysis, transaction evaluation, and deal execution.
Analyse financial statements, profitability, cash flows, working capital, debt, and key financial risks.
Identify financial, commercial, and operational risks during due diligence.
Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) analysis and transaction-related financial reports.
Assist in valuation, financial modelling, deal structuring, and investment analysis.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, auditors, legal advisors, and other stakeholders during transactions.
Support post-merger integration and financial assessment, wherever required.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management/investors.
