The ideal candidate should have strong experience in handling a sales team, driving site visits, managing follow-ups, and ensuring the team consistently achieves its sales targets .

Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Property Consultants / Sales Executives .
Take complete ownership of the team's sales targets and revenue goals .
Ensure effective utilization and conversion of qualified Google leads .
Monitor lead follow-ups, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Track individual and team performance on a regular basis.
Develop strategies to improve site visits, conversion ratios, and closures .
Conduct regular team reviews and provide coaching to improve performance.
Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
Support the team in handling client negotiations and closing high-value residential deals.
Ensure consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly targets.
Build a high-performance sales culture within the team.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in a Real Estate Channel Partner (CP) firm.
Proven experience in team handling and sales target achievement .
